Orders over $200 - Standard Shipping - 2-6 business days - Free
Orders under $200 - Standard Shipping - 2 - 6 business days - Weight calculated rates
We ship with Australia Post you will receive email/text updates on your parcels progress as well as a reminder the day your parcel is due to arrive. It will also require a signature on delivery. We do not take responsibility for any orders that are returned to us because of customer not collecting their parcel.
* Free shipping does not apply to certain bulky products and heavily discounted items such as warehouse and seconds sale products.

Please be mindful that Australia is a remote country and therefore shipping charges are high for us. We absorb some of those shipping costs for your order to try and reduce the shipping fee.
Shipping times are only an estimate. Aussie Printed Designs takes no responsibility if actual shipping time differs from that stated. If shipping to your country is not offered, please email us at sales@aussieprinteddesigns.com.au and we will endeavour to find a way to ship to you.

You can also enter your tracking number directly into your local postal service website for more updates.
RETURN TO SENDER
Aussie Printed Designs does not take responsibility for uncollected parcels that are returned to sender, or incorrect addresses that are returned to sender. If the parcel is returned to us, the cost to have the parcel reshipped will be at the customers expense.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
If you accidentally provided the wrong address please email us immediately at sales@aussieprinteddesigns.com.au
If your parcel has already been shipped we can try to redirect it with Australia Post, however that isn't always an option. If we are unable to do so the cost to have the parcel reshipped will be at the customers expense.
IMPORT LIABILITIES AND TAXES
Please note Aussie Printed Designs does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Aussie Printed Designs does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Aussie Printed Designs is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received FREE shipping on your order and decide to return/refund your items, you will be refunded the order amount minus the actual cost for shipping.
